Sometimes, we get bored of having same pickles (Achaar) every morning and evening, especially when its tomato & timoor. So, to change the taste of your tongue, here is a simple recipe of 'Bhindi ko Achaar'. Try this at your kitchen, you will love it as I do :)
Ingredients:
Black Teel
Ginger-Garlic
Oil
Salt
Lemon
Chilly
Dhaniya leaves
Process:
· Cut
ladies finger in long shape in-between

Deep
fry it in oil & take out
·
Mix
salt, teel ko chhop, ginger-garlic, mix few drops of lemon (as per taste) in
fried ladies finger
·
Heat
oil and methi till its black and add beshaar
·
Now, mix the whole items
And the tasty Achaar is ready :)
